My Expertise
I am Integrative Child Psychotherapist. I integrate from different approaches – psychodynamic, cognitive behaviour therapy, play and drama therapy, and attachment theory. I specialise in working with children with anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, low mood, relationship problems, stress, sleeping difficulties, bereavement, eating difficulties and those who have experienced trauma.

Why I became a therapist
I love working with children and find they have a very creative approach to problem solving. I chose to become a because helping people as children enables them to overcome challenges before, they reach adulthood.
My interests outside of work
I love art and enjoy painting. I like walking in the country-side and we have a wildlife garden. I love wild swimming and anything to do with the sea. I practice Mindfulness and find this a good way to relax and fully experience all that life has to offer.
