My Expertise

My integrative training means I have a range of methods I can use to help my clients so work will be tailored to client needs and preferences. I have a specialist interest in creative methods such as use of imagery, sand-tray and dream processing.

My Qualifications

MSc Integrative Psychotherapy – Newman University 2016
Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy – Northern Guild of Psychotherapy 2016
Diploma in Supervision – Northern Guild of Psychotherapy 2017

Why I became a therapist

I enjoy working with my clients and supporting them to make sense of their situations and increase their choices. I chose to work integratively because it gives clients choice about the way we work and so the sessions meet their needs rather than me adopting a fixed approach.

What I enjoy most about my work

Meeting my clients is the best part of my job - it is a privilege to get to know the people I work with.

My interests outside of work

I like to spend time outside and connecting with the natural environment. I enjoy cycling and swimming and also have always loved art and visual culture
