Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to act as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors as well as working closely with our clinical and administration teams.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, an effective communicator who can provide a professional and warm welcome, ensuring every contact is of the highest quality to support good customer relations.

This is an interesting and varied role, as well as dealing directly with clients, providing them with information and support you will also operate a VoIP telecommunications system, be responsible for ensuring client records are maintained correctly, take payments along with providing support to ensure GDPR compliance at all times.

Remuneration and benefits

  • Salary £20,500 – £23,500 (FTE) dependent on experience
