The Retreat York are recruiting a Clinical Psychologists to join our highly skilled multi-disciplinary Children and Young People’s Therapy team.

We are a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation looking for a clinician who can bring a high level of experience working with neurodiverse people. As part of a multi-disciplinary team you will deliver diagnostic assessments, mainly ASD, completing standardised assessments and also offer post-diagnostic support, therapists will also carry a psychological caseload so you must have good team working skills and experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, understands the specific communication needs of neurodiverse individuals, and adopts an approach which creates positive therapeutic relationships.

Remuneration and benefits:

  • £44,000 – £50,000 dependent on skills & experience
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata part-time)
