Digital Marketer
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, stays up-to-date with industry trends, and possesses a deep understanding of various digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Initiate idea generation process for link building campaigns, from brainstorming through to publishing. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
Content Creation: Identify content gaps and opportunities based on competitor research. Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (SEM). Take ownership of the SEO planning, implementation and reporting.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analytics.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Online Advertising: Plan and implement online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
Website Management: Collaborate with the web development team to maintain and improve the website for optimal user experience
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms is a plus.
Desirable:
- Knowledge or interest in mental health services.
- Experience of writing or project managing bids, tenders, or proposals, and experience of operational or contractual management.
- Experience of planning or delivering services within mental health provision.
- Experience of programming languages and web development.
- Qualification or training in SEO.

Remuneration and benefits:
- Salary: £14,400 – £16,800
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata part-time)
