What I enjoy most about my work
It is a fulfilling career working for The Retreat and quite varied because of the different services I work with. Since joining The Retreat I have met a lot of nice people, both clients and colleagues and although some days can be challenging, they can also be very rewarding.
My interests outside of work
Away from work I like to spend time with my family and also experiment with upcycling old furniture. Some of my experiments work and I proudly display these in my home, but I have had the odd project which didn’t quite go to plan, and these have stayed in the garage awaiting further inspiration.
