My Expertise
With over 27 years’ experience working with children, young people and families, I’ve supported many through schools, community settings and therapeutic services. Over the last several years, I’ve specialised as a bereavement practitioner, helping those navigating grief and loss.
My approach is person-centred and led by the individual. I blend my experience as a dramatherapist, youth worker, and educator to create a safe, flexible space where children and young people feel heard and understood.
Sometimes it's easier to show feelings than to speak them. I use creative methods like art, drama, and guided activities to support that process. My blended approach also offers greater growth, as I’m happy to explore practical steps to create change in the individual, so they live the life they want to.
My Qualifications
HCPC-registered Dramatherapist
Member of British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth)
BA (Hons) Communication Arts (Drama)

Qualified Youth Worker
What I Enjoy Most About My Work
I love helping children and young people find their voice—whether through words, play or art. It’s an honour to witness their strength, resilience, and growth.
Why I Became a Therapist
I believe in the power of the arts to help people express what’s hard to say. I became a dramatherapist to create safe, inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen and heard.
What I Enjoy Outside Work
Outside work, I enjoy acting, being outdoors, theatre, writing and poetry as way to reflect and connect with the world around me.
