Why I became a therapist and what I most enjoy about my work
Seeing the difficulties which people face at home, school and the wider world, I seek to support through times of bereavement, trauma and difficulties which neurodivergences can place on them. Art Psychotherapy is a way to communicate through art making, using the materials to express feelings and thoughts which might be difficult to express verbally.
I enjoy seeing how the power of art therapy can help people in the most difficult of times.
My interests outside of work
I enjoy making my own art, travelling, walking with my dog. I approach life with curiosity and look for the beauty around me
