Join CBT Therapist, Rebecca Kinnear, as she discusses ways to support and build resilience skills with children and young people. This 1 hour workshop for parent/carers is an introduction to understanding resilience and will provide you with a toolkit of strategies to share with your child/ren.

This workshop runs from 6:00pm – 7:00pm 

Rebecca works with adults, children and young people and specialise in working with people who are experiencing anxiety and/or low mood including social anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression and PTSD, amongst many other difficulties. She has a range of experience having previously worked as a multi-systemic therapist for parents and families, a lecturer in supervision and a specialist mental health practitioner within the NHS since 2010.

Rebecca enjoys working at The Retreat Clinics and working with dedicated team of therapists, who focus on providing high quality care with clients at the centre of all that we do. Rebecca feels lucky to work with so many different clients from all walks of life and to be part of their journey.

We have a range of children’s therapy services which are available for children and teenagers aged 3 to 17 at our clinics in York, Manchester and online.
