Bereavement following the loss of a loved one to brain haemorrhage.

A workshop delivered by The Retreat Clinics, in partnership with The Natalie Kate Moss Trust.

This introductory, dedicated workshop is designed for people who have lost a loved one following a brain haemorrhage. The session will explore what grief is and how it manifests. We will consider the impact of loss – specifically sudden loss and how this can lead to further complicated grief or trauma. We will explore different lenses in which to view grief and provide some practical ways in which to manage the impact of loss. There will be dedicated time at the end to ask questions.

The workshop will be delivered by Linda Bower, experienced integrative  psychotherapist at The Retreat Clinics. With over 20 years in this profession, Linda knows that psychotherapy can make a real difference and specialises in working with grief and loss specifically.
