With a background in adult mental health services, I specialise in working therapeutically with adult clients, including people with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and autism. I often work integratively, which means that I draw on a range of different therapeutic approaches to tailor the therapy to the individual needs and preferences of the client. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative.
