I really enjoy helping shift away from a deficit focus when we talk about neurodiversity, and towards celebrating the diversity of our minds!

What I enjoy most about my work

I love being able to use my experience of growing up with ADHD and autism to support others, and their loved ones, throughout their own journeys with workshops, coaching and other resources.
