Why I became a therapist
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of connection and in every person’s capacity to grow and thrive. Compassion, dignity, and integrity guide my work. I am committed to bringing hope when it feels hard to find, and to supporting children, families, and professionals with honesty and insight.
What I enjoy most about my work
I enjoy empowering individuals, families, and teams to recognise strengths and develop strategies that make a real difference in everyday life, while facilitating open and honest communication to build trust and drive meaningful change.
My interests outside of work
Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughters, exploring the outdoors, and reading. Creativity and curiosity are important to me, and I bring these qualities into both my professional and personal life.
