I am experienced in working with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, attachment issues, bereavement and loss. I have worked with children and adults who have experienced complex trauma. I use art and play to help children explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. I am also trained in EMDR.
Why I became a therapist
I have always loved art and have found this helpful to my own wellbeing. I have a background in working with children, and I am interested in child development and what makes us who we are. I have become especially interested in the impact of traumatic experiences and creative ways to recover from these.
I most enjoy using play and creativity to help someone tell their story.
My interests outside of work
Outside of work, I enjoy making my own art, walking in the countryside and spending time with my cat, friends and family.
