Why I became a therapist

My path to psychotherapy was shaped by my personal experience. I also learned first hand
the impact of creative arts and drama on mental health and well-being and I wanted to
integrate these methods into my practice to help others. I am happy to hear that my work can support others and therapy can empower them to reclaim their self-agency and create meaningful change in their lives. I love to create a space where people feel safe and secure to express themselves.

My interests outside of work

Self-care is essential for me. I enjoy tennis, mindfulness, yoga, travelling, writing and reading to maintain my well-being. I also practice 5 ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be active, Mindfulness, Keep Learning and Give.
