How a Private Adult ADHD Assessment Works
Here is how our ADHD assessment process works:
Step 1
Diagnostic Assessment
A focused conversation with a Consultant Psychologist to understand your history, strengths, challenges, and goals. Our assessment process uses validated clinical tools and a comprehensive clinical interview, aligned with NICE guidance. We offer both online and in-person appointments for assessments and follow-up.
Step 2
Personal Report
A clear, easy-to-understand report summarising findings, diagnosis (where appropriate), and tailored recommendations.
Step 3
Interventions specific to you
If treatment is suitable, we facilitate Consultant Psychologist-led interventions in line with NICE guidance. This is based on your particular presentation and characteristics. We will work closely with you at every step of this journey to carefully optimise improvements. Once treatment is stabilised, we can support a shared-care transfer to your GP (subject to their agreement and local policy). We also provide ongoing private reviews and follow-up support whenever needed.
